Have a Heart

Heart of the Family Posted by Hello

Women are the heart in a relationship. More specifically, moms. Children look to moms for guidance, husbands look to wives for contentment. Take the heart away and what do you have? A dead relationship.

Men are the spines - they sustain and support the relationship. Without the spine, the relationship is paralyzed, inept.

But a woman pumps warmth and security into a relationship - she's vital to the happiness of those that depend on her.

And that's why we must take motherhood so seriously. Personalities are molded based on how strong the heart beats; a weak heart breeds a weak person.

In my opinion, women aren't taking their roles as seriously as they should. Divorce rates are over the 50% mark. And no, I'm not saying those relationships have failed because of the woman, it's a two-way street.

But women are so focused on having careers, being "tough" and making it in a man's world that they neglect to nurture their families. They're "too tired" or "too stressed."

Tough.

Life isn't fair, you can't have your cake and eat it to. It all boils down to what's more important, and if you have children, the decision has already been made for you. Is this fair? No, not really. But then again, you should have thought of that before making the LIFETIME commitment called children.
